Please do a search on the FYM Blog - GetFitAndYummy.com - or in the forums of ClubFYM if you are a member. The search tool on each webpage is extremely helpful in finding the answers to your questions. I am unable to provide one on one coaching via email. If such support is needed, I strongly encourage you activate your membership to ClubFYM.com.
I receive hundreds of emails a day and cannot individually address every personal fitness question As a member of ClubFYM, the forums are the place ot receive more personalized help, support and motivation.

Yes you have the option to call and leave a voice message, however this method takes much longer for me to respond for your call will go through our support team and then forwarded as an email to me - causing a delay of 48 hours or more. Also my response to a message left through a call is always an email, I simply do not have the extra hours in the day to make personal phone calls. So, if you wish for a more expedited and detailed response - please use the form or support email to contact me.

If you must call and leave a message - please be clear, detailed, include your first and last name, your email and what your question or concern is in regards to (which honestly is much easier when sent in an email or in the support contact box).

I do go above and beyond to respond to your messages as quickly as I can, however please take into consideration that I too am a busy mom so I am doing my very best to return your messages within 24-48 hours. If you find yourself waiting after 48 hours, please feel free to give me a (gentle, compassionate) nudge by re-sending your email. Sometimes things get lost in the exchange.
