Carrie's Flat Tummy Success After 2 C-Sections and Twins!
After 2 pregnancies (one with twins!) and 2 c-sections I want to tell everyone there is a better way of eating and exercising
and it is Fit Yummy Mummy!!!
I am celebrating my 1 year anniversary with Fit Yummy Mummy.
I also just celebrated my 35th birthday! I am a stay at home mom of twin boys, 3 ½ and a daughter, 1 year old. I never thought I would ever get my tummy flat again after a twin pregnancy and 2 c-sections.
This is me one year ago and pictures of me from the start of the Holiday Transformation Challenge November 9th 2009.
I can't believe the change!
The 1st side pic is of me one year ago, 10 weeks after having my daughter. I thought I would never get my stomach flat again!!
Unfortunately I don't have all of my very beginning measurements. I remember my my weight when starting this was 140. I am 5'7", and while this was okay, I feel so much better now. I am wearing a size 6 jeans, and they are getting loose!

While I started November of 2008 I did not really commit until many months in. I am so glad I finally did. Joining the Fall Transformation Challenge really intensified my results. I learned some things about myself and really renewed my commitment.
Fit Yummy Mummy has done a lot for me.
My Internal changes
~ Realizing mindset is everything and I do have the power to change
~ I am now easier on myself and realize I have the opportunity to grow and learn from my mistakes
~ I used to just read everyone's posts and not contribute, now I look forward to an opportunity to help someone else
~ I now know the all or nothing mentality only equals frustration
~ I now show my face in photos and my name in posts because I feel comfortable that FYM is a safe, kind community
The social support at ClubFYM is like nothing I have ever experienced before. These women are caring, supportive and nonjudgmental. I wish I had more friends like them! They are always there for you, even if you have an off topic question (Thank You Denise!).
