~ 30-60 Metabolic Circuit Soundtrack - Listen and Lose Fat!




This is a resistance training workout that follows 30 seconds of work followed by 60 seconds of active recovery (a cardio based move). You will repeat this 30-60 sequence four times for one complete circuit. After one complete circuit you will take a 1-2 minute break.
