Something or Nothing - Your Choice
Are you just too busy to workout, Holly?
This is a constant concern of so many busy moms.
Pleas for help are sent to my email, posted on
the blogs ....
the latest ->No Time to Workout
...and a plea for help is posted in the
ClubFYM forums on a weekly basis.
So what's the solution?
How can women who are absolutely so busy they
barely have time to scarf down a meal let alone
get a workout in???
The best advice I have....
...can you just do something?
How about wake up 5 minutes early and just do
~10 body weight squats
or
~10 jumping jacks
or
~10 lunges
or
~10 push ups
How about just ONE super set of your FYM workout?
See what I am getting at? Your choice - Just
DO Something!
Skipping an entire workout will not help you
at all, but getting part of one in WILL.
Maybe fit in another 5 minutes during a
mid afternoon break - and even a final 5
at the end of the day.
Just Do Something.
With every choice you make, you are either
moving close to your goals or further away.
Make enough choices to DO something and you
will see and feel some amazing results!
